Yourrole:Mainresponsibilitiesaremanaging,developingandgrowingbusinesswithinindustrialandtesting(I&T)accounts.AkeyaspectofthisrolewillbetoworkcloselywithChinasupportteamstoprotectthebasebusinessandseekoutnewbusinessopportunitieswithintheterritory.ThepersoninthisrolewillberesponsibleforachievingsalestargetsofI&Tsegmentintheassignedterritory.Astrongcustomerfocusiscriticaltoensurethatthecustomer’sneedsarebothunderstoodandmanagedinaproactiveandprofessionalmanner.Theidealcandidatewillhaveabroadunderstandingofbasicscientificprocedures,testingmethods,andregulationsusedwithintheI&Tcoupledwiththeabilitytolisten,identifycustomerneeds,andprovideproductsolutions.Candidatemustpossesseffectivesalestechniques,businessacumen,andpresentationskillstosuccessfullyclosesalesofallproductsthroughmultiplesaleschannels.Meetsorexceedssalestargets.Providesdetailedandaccurateforecastsatscheduledintervals.Growsthebusinessbypresentingproductsandservices.Understandsthecustomer’sapplicationsandcommercialneedstoadvancenewopportunities.Monitorsandunderstandscompetitor’smarketandproductpositions.Participatesintradeshowsandpresentsproductandtechnicalinformationatseminars.Coordinatesallcustomerenquiries,supplierauditsandcontractnegotiations.PhysicalAttributes:-Positionrequires50%+travelvisitingcustomerswithinassignedterritoryWhoyouare:MinimumQualifications:-BachelorofScienceinChemistry,Analyticalchemistryorrelatedscienceisamust,-3+yearsofexperienceinasalesoraccountmanagementrolesellingintoIndustryortestingsegment.PreferredQualifications:-ProfessionalexperienceintheIndustrialandTestinghighlydesirable-GoodoralandwrittenEnglishcommunicationisaplus-Broadunderstandingofbasicscientificprocedures,testingmethods,andregulationsregardingtheI&T-Excellentorganizationandtimemanagementskills-Commercialacumentonegotiatelongtermsupplyagreements-Highlygoalorientedandself-motivated,-Excellentinterpersonalandcommunicationskills-Abilitytobeautonomousandtoworkinamulticulturalenvironment
